Long time , Update on life

Hey Again so its been almost a year since I last wrote in here.
Alot has changed this last year. I am single and have been since last october, I quite my job at Shelleys, so Im no longer working in a daycare I am running my own. I had my summer daycare this year it was alot smaller then the year before, I just had two girls so It was REALLY FUN! After Christmas one of the girls had asked me if she could spend the summer with me at my house, It got me thinking about the summer and that I usaully have nothing planned since everyone else is working why not me. So I said well you ask your mom and well her mom was hoping I would be open to taking one for the summer, So I told another girls mom about it and I had two girls for the summer. It was actually pretty great cause one had a "Click" Problom and she has never let the other in to her "Click", her being one of the first daycare children Shelley had so she acts like its her turf per say, Anyways she always faught with the other. So This summer they had nothing better to do then to play with eachother.
They are great friends now and I am SOO Happy for that.

I had Interveiws all summer . In my first week I had 4 interveiws :| It was overwelming for me cause I was just getting the girls, My Dog had just had her opperation and then interveiws and making sure everything was in order. My first day I had 1, then Wednesday 1 & Thursday I had 2. My 4:30 was a YES I was so thankful, & It was a little girl!
Then I had a bunch more interveiws ,1 family even drove up to my house and then backed away and drove away! I was like what the heck people. It was okay anyways cause they had just had a baby and wanted a spot for May 2009. Well I was praying hard there wasnt going to be any spots open cause I wanted to be full with only 2 kids.
My last week of summer daycare which was the first week of August on thursday at 4:30 I had my last interveiw and it was another YES again a little girl. On my ad I had changed the age range when I got my first Daycare child, So I was looking for a little one around the same age and I got one! They are only 3 months apart :D

I throw the girls a brithday party. I thought last year that the girls Brithday was only 2 weeks apart but I was wrong It was actually a month and 2 weeks anyways I throw the party as a end of the summer party and also part of a birthday party.
the oldest had just turnned 4, four days before we had the Princess party. It was Awesome I shopped for months before the party trying to get the stuff cheaper as it went on sale, I also wanted all this stuff for Nataleigh-Shays 1st birthday (Anew Adition to my family) So It worked Both ways. It was beautiful! I made a priness Castle for the gate, It went accross the opening so we could walk under, It happend to be a very windy day and not everything went right It was 36 out side with a very hot wind. All my balloons where flying and rolling accross the yard. I bought tons of sticks & pink, white & Purple balloons , I lined them up from the castle to the Princess table with streamers at the bottom of the sticks that lined the grass beside the balloon sticks.
I made a big hot pink pig pinata it had a tiara, Purple tutu & Glitter everywhere!
I made it out of tissue paper to break easy, well the girls for some reason had a hard time actually hitting the pig, They had both had 1 good hit each at the pig and they had hit it pretty hard but not hard enough. So they said it was my turn so I just took one good hit to the pink and the head fell off lol.

The girls were running around the yard with streamers and Nataleigh-Shay was chasing them trying to grab the streamers form them, well they didnt like that so I tied one around Nataliegh-Shay's body , well after that all 3 girls where running around the backyard with their streamers, LOL.

Also through the summer the girls would be playing dolls and Nataleigh-Shay would come up beside them with her ty pink bear and play too, It was the cutest thing ever and you know what I never remember to take a picture Im actually getting pretty mad at my self with not taking pictures like I had wanted to.

Anyways I spent the summer with my three girls going to the park but not taking the dog for reasons that she is afraid of Old people/& Youngish people like 30s Except she will chase the really hot guys and she wont bark at them, LOL.

It was a blast of a summer.

On the 12th of August 2008 I went back to work for 2 weeks & only 4 days Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My 3rd day back I planned to have the kids eat without their hands. Well the girls were all for that the two that I had jumped right at that. the boys well the oldest said that would be awesome But the two 5 yr olds & the 3 yr old said NO WAY unless they can eat with a fork & the 2 yr old was looking at other things LOl. well NO WAY thats not the point of eating spagetti without hands!, the youngest always eats with her hands so I wasnt going to stop her since she is only 18 months lol. I Put the plates in front of the girls, 5 yr old, 18th month old & the 2 yr old , I said Ready set GO! And they ate. the 2 yr old didnt at first but when everyone was done the compition he started to pig out , I was happy.
the 5 yr old was 1st then the 4 yr old 2nd 2 yr old 3rd & 3 1/2 yr old never finished. I wasnt stricked with having to finish your plate since I was making them hurry and eat with their face LOl.
After the two first winners where done I gave them more and then everyone else some with Forks!
SO I took tons of pictures and a Movie for their Christmas dvd.

My Last day there was so sad, Shelley had Planned a bbq, & She had the kids make me a Big books with pictures of them even the dogs, Cats & Shelley and Kim were in there. Under each picture there was somthing they said about what they like about me.
They gave me a big stuffed Tiger that they had completely Mangled by the time I left there at 4:00 LOl I asked them what I should name him and I think I heard one of the kids say Carter Im not sure they could have said Tiger LOl but anyways I said His name is Carter but Carter Means all of them.
I almost Cried!. Shelley & Kim also gave me a Bamboo Plant which I thought was cool.
From Shelley I have gotten 2 plants, I have always wanted to fill a house with plants but in this house its hard to keep them alive. If you put them in the back windows where the light is they are fine for a week until my dad opens a window and freezes them! the only reason he opens the windows in winter is to get the gross smell of fried eggs that he just cooked out of the house!
In summer if your plant lasts that long you get little bugs all over your plants and they die! . The front we have a over hang so there is no sun light in the living room.
I cleaned my room and the are both in there now.
the youngest girl I had over the summer Walked in with her grandma not wanting to stay at Shelleys but she had a gift for me so she came in to give it to me. Guess what it is? This is something that doesnt cross our minds enough, How much kids watch us. She hands me flowers that are wrapped up. I open them up and They are my Favorite flowers ever! Hot pink gerbia Daisys! One was darker she called it purple but it was actually the pink I like a deep pink on the hot pink/red side. The color I want my Brides maids to wear at my wedding (When I get a man)
Then her grandma said they where at Tim hortons going to buy a coffee card,& She put up a fuss and said "Kristy doesnt drink Coffee, She Only drinks Water" LOL The cutest thing ever!, Which It was all true. I mean I try to be a good influenc around the kids as I make them drink water all morning and then they have to drink 1 water bottle of water going to or at the park and if they dont finish their water before we go then they dont get juice. I try to stick with low sugar juices, I did have cool aid just because It taste so good! And I of course follow those same rules as I drink water all morning and then 1 water bottle of water at the park. But what they dont see is that I usually drink water until they are done their water then I drink juice so I sometimes have 3 bottles before their 1 and then if that happens when they are playing I drink a bottle of Pepsi I have hidden in the bag :D LOL. But thats my secret :P

Back to the paty hahahaa I gave the girls a bunch of stuff as I said before I shopped for months , I get excited and then buy everything I SEE Plus 1 edmonton trip with a few hundred LOL.
I bought at the disney store Princess Cups, These have a lid with a straw & cap on the straw, At the bottom is a water bubble with a floating Princess. I didnt dare get the girls the same so I bought one Sleeping Beauty & One Snowwhite. When I was putting them in the bags I closed my eyes and I put them in so I didnt choose who they went to. I made Purple Tutu's with Pruple Ribbons & Purple Jeweled Butterflys.
They were pretty, I made Tank tops & Pantys out of this slippery Sparkley Purple Fabric. The girls loved them and The best part to them SHOES at dollerama I ran accross these Pink dress up shoes that were so cute and Made REALLY good, Better then the ones I paid $5.00 for.
You cant forget the Tiaras, at 11:00am I princessed the girls hair, Pinned it all up with hair swirls all over the back of their heads. And a Silver Tiara that pins right in the hair, They looked Beautiful.
I made them a Scrapbook of their summer and I gave it my last day, one of the girls Made Kim look at it 3 times and every boy in that room looked at it once with her and she looked at it by her self every few minutes, I took it away for naptime cause she is a picker and she would pick everything off. so I took it away and the minute naptime was over she asked for it and looked at it a few more times then I left.

The other girls Grandma Took hers home cause she had dicided to stay until 1:00. So I didnt get to see what she thought of it.

Okay now to the biggest news ever! I finally got my puppie! No she is not a tiny little dog that I wanted she was that small when I got her but now she is almost 8 months and is 12 pounds not 5 pounds :( Sadly she is not that small and grew way to fast. I got her in febuaray before valentines so she was my valintine this year.
I even made her a Dress and I will picture that if I can.
Her name is Nataleigh-Shay Amilia Rose , Natty for short.
She was born in Prince Albert on December 28th 2007.
This year as Thanksgiving and Christmas are soon coming up I am getting so excited for that with my new daycare and my baby its going to be awesome.
This year I am not doing any Craft sales , Last year they all were very bad and I made hardly any money.
Im hoping this year my mom wants to go in to one craft sale with me and do baking with a few sewing things.

Next week My girls are coming for their first time at their new daycare. Im Excited for that too as I have everything! I got my Graco Stroller that I have always wanted, I thought I could take the front tray from the 2003 stroller and Clip it on well its to big that is the tray just 2 inches to wide So I can not clip a carseat on that, Thank goodness I dont have to. BUt I was freaking out cause I wanted a double stroller but wasnt going to pay over $20. which is cheap but I have seen a brand new Graco double glid for $10.00 Anyways I had dicided if I dont find one and I got an infant & a toddler I would put the infant in the "Moby" wrap I made.
But I got a Cosco double stroller which is very heavy , Its not too old , Its the same one they used for the twins on 7th Heaven.
Its a nice one. And it was FREE so I loved that. Plus if I had to I could put 1 or 2 carseats in it.
So Im happy that I got one and I also picked up two pack & plays well ones a pack 'n play and one is like the first portable play pens by fisher price a steel frame LOl But its in good condition and I like it.
2 Portable High Chairs & tons of toys.
I made 2 Crib sets Purple Flowered blankets & Mint Green Flannel for the bottom of the Blanket and the Crib Sheets. They will be warm < I am also making Crib Pads that will be warm for the winter .
Also Picked up a few clothes and 2 hats.
2 big fleece blankets for the stroller.
2 Change Pads , I want to keep them with their own Daycare Items like they will have the same beds every time they are hear and it will not be shared with, As with changing pads.
It will cut down on passing any colds or what ever. I also numbered everything 1 and 2 so that I can keep everything in order like Crib 1 ,Sheet 1, Change Pad 1, Hat 1 Ect. LOl.
Im getting all these Crafts together to make for Thanks giving ,I dont celebrate Helloween as in the Decorations so I try and stick to Turkeys & Pumkins like fall themed Items.
I did buy Nataleigh-Shay Helloween t-shirts and a Jak-o-lantern Pail. Nataleigh-Shay will be joining me and Kenzie this year for Trick or treating.


Man I keep jumping all over. Its the Excitment of everything. This is my first week off since Christmas and before that it was June 2007. Its long over due but I am spending it Organizing and CLEANING! Man Monday it was so Hot so I didnt get all that I wanted done, I cleaned my room . Today (Tuesday) I throw all that was left on my floor on to my bed and Vacuumed my room, I havent done that in weeks and Since Chase is gone now I wont have to vacuum to much.
Then I vacuumed the halway & Stairs then I cleaned the floors with my new bissel pro heat steam cleaner, I did my room, Hallway, & a Spot the cat throw up on.
The up stairs looks great, now Wednesday I will vacuum the living room and I will set up the cribs in my room & organize the toys that will be coming up stairs.

Also another thing that happened this August was the passing of my 6 year old Baby Chase Wally Enns. I could tell he was going down hill since winter so its been a few months since he started going down hill ,I could tell he was suffering a bit. I went to feed him one night and he was in a corrner (Nothing diferent then normal) but when I put his food in he wasnt jumping around. So I was petting him and talking to him, Im glad I did cause I didnt know he was going to pass away. Im very glad he did go when he did and I am very glad I got to say good bye. I didnt cry cause I find no point in crying like crazy when you know they are going to die or you know they are in pain. Im not cold hearted I just know when it is their time. And it was his time he had a problom with going to the bath room, I wont say anymore to that cause it was pretty discusting but I could tell he was in ALOT of pain .
So the summer has been fun full of new poeple and sad endings.
Its been nice not haveing a boyfriend this past year, there has only been a few times where I wish I did have someone to share stuff with like when all your friends to go the ex or 8th street and they are all coupled up lol then you kinda feel like a wheel but Tiffany has a good way of making you feel good when she ditches her boyfriend and drags me along lol.
Its been fun getting to know Karlin, I have a feeling he is going to be around for a long LONG time. He is a good guy.
Its such a funny story about those two.
Funny stuff and I them all the best.

Well Im out , Hopfully I will keep you more posted. But my life is going to get a heck of alot busier with Kids, My Baby & SEWING! Man that is gonna get busY!
